
Group Class Schedule
The Sports Club/LA is pleased to announce new features have been added to our Group Exercise and Mind Body schedule here on our website. Now you will be able to customize the schedule by being able to select a class type, instructor, studio, levels and tracks. With our new track feature, you can easily find classes that will help you meet your specific goals, whether you’d like to build strength and flexibility or increase your cardio! So get ready to have our dynamic instructors guide your workout in our award-winning Group Exercise programs offering you numerous cardio, dance, mind body, and sport-specific classes.

In an effort to keep our Total Barre Classes both safe and effective, we have implemented a registration process. Class size will be limited to no more than 24 students and attendance will be monitored by the instructor. You can register for Total Barre 24 hours in advance of the class you wish to take. Registration will take place at the reception desk on the fourth floor lobby or by calling 617.375.8500.
