Bringing together the focus of Private Training and the energy of Group Exercise, you can work one-on-one with a Fusion Trainer.  Choose from Yoga, Dance, Kickboxing, Boxing, REV™, Indo-Row®, Shreadmill®, Martial Arts and more.


Yoga
Take your yoga practice to the next level.  Choose from Kundalini, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Flow Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Meditation. Transcend to a new level of fitness, balance, flexibility and stamina. If you are new to yoga, Fusion Sessions are the perfect way to get started with individual attention to body alignment, movement execution and breathing.

Box/Kickbox
Punch…kick…sweat…box!  Get in peak condition with two of the toughest, most demanding workouts—Boxing and Kickboxing. Work with a boxing or kickboxing Fusion Trainer to enhance your stamina, agility and coordination.

REV™
Burn calories and sculpt your body with REV cylcing. Train with a Certified REV Instructor to perfect your cycling technique and riding profile with interval training, speed work and endurance training.  

Indo-Row®
Interested in Indo-Row®? Work one-on-one with a Fusion Trainer to perfect your rowing technique and maximize your results with this intense, calorie blasting, total body, indoor rowing workout. Created by world rowing champion Josh Crosby.

Shreadmill®

Developed by Felix Montano, Shreadmill uses different intervals of walking and running on a
treadmill along with heart monitoring techniques to get you working out in your optimal fat-burning zone. Work with a Fusion Trainer and receive individual attention to technique, intensity and body alignment.

Dance

Cardio Jazz, Latin, Salsa, Ballet, Tango, Belly Dance and more! Enhance your style, grace,
body awareness and confidence with private dance lessons.

Martial Arts

Build strength, coordination and confidence between mind, body and spirit with a variety of Martial Arts styles from Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Self Defense
