The Sports Club/LA is recognized throughout the fitness industry for our highly acclaimed Private Training Program. As one of the first clubs to offer private training, and with over twenty-five years experience, we know what makes a great Private Trainer. The Sports Club/LA Trainers are the highest caliber in the industry. Each has mastered the most comprehensive education in exercise science and our selection process is extremely rigorous. We assess hundreds of applicants in order to find the most qualified Trainers to serve our Members. Every one of our Trainers has the following:
- Certification by the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- Degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field; expertise in sports specific training, bodybuilding, flexibility, “core” training, special populations, pre/postnatal, functional training, speed and agility, muscular imbalances, endurance training and much more.
- 100 Hours logged training at The Sports Club/LA University, focusing on service, motivational skills, functional anatomy, training techniques, movement assessment, tactile/verbal cueing and dietary strategies.
