The SportsMed Company concept is based on the idea of a fully integrated "SportsHealth" department, providing high-end sports physical therapy, preventative health and technologically advanced sports performance programs within an upscale Sports and Spa environment with five-star service standards. SportsMed operates on the West Coast with 2 club-based locations at The Sports Club/LA in Los Angeles and The Sports Club/LA in Orange County.
SportsMed occupies from 1200 to 4200 square feet, with separate functional training areas, state of the art strength and cardiovascular equipment, and private treatment rooms. Each facility is designed to create a unique environment, melding the relaxing ambiance of an upscale spa with cutting edge technology in exercise science and sports performance.
Our SportsHealth pros work closely with Private Trainers, Registered Dieticians, and Massage Therapists at The Sports Club/LA. For example, clients often transition to private training after completing their therapy programs and members who may become injured or experience physiologic or musculoskeletal dysfunction, are referred to our SportsHealth team.
